FX Sales Executive
About the Business
Ozed One operates at the intersection of cross-border trade, treasury management, and FX execution. The business facilitates high-value foreign currency transactions for corporates, SMEs, energy importers, and institutional clients operating across African and international corridors. This role sits at the commercial front of that operation, responsible for generating and converting FX sales opportunities directly.
About this Role
Drive FX product sales across B2B and retail segments. You will source clients, close high-value transactions, and hit monthly revenue targets.
Role Detail
You will be joining a lean, target-driven sales team where your pipeline activity translates directly into company revenue. The role covers the full sales cycle from prospecting corporate and individual FX clients through to deal closure, compliance handover, and post-deal relationship management. Given Ozed One's exposure to energy trading, import finance, and cross-border procurement, there is significant deal flow available for a sales executive with the right network and discipline. Compensation during probation is structured as base salary plus uncapped commission, with a formal review to a full-time package on successful performance.
Responsibilities
- ✓Identify and convert high-value FX clients across corporate and retail segments
- ✓Build and manage a pipeline of corporate and individual customers with regular CRM updates
- ✓Meet or exceed monthly revenue, volume, and conversion targets
- ✓Collaborate with compliance on KYC documentation and deal structuring
- ✓Report daily deal flow, pipeline activity, and revenue projections to management
- ✓Develop and maintain relationships with clients in energy, import trade, and SME sectors
- ✓Identify cross-sell opportunities across Ozed One's broader financial and trade service portfolio
Requirements
- →Prior experience in FX, treasury, or financial product sales
- →Strong existing network in the corporate, SME, or energy/import trade segment
- →Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and closing skills
- →High discipline and self-motivation in a target driven, commission-weighted environment
- →Familiarity with KYC requirements and basic FX compliance standards is an advantage
